The Resources Tab

D2L Content Tab
The Resources tab on the Brightspace Course homepage lists several tools that are inactive unless your instructor activates them for the course. These tools are Checklist, Glossary, Links, Attendance, and Survey tools. To use these tools, students need to get instruction from the professor who is teaching the course.

The one tool that can be accessed and used is the Calendar Tool. The Calendar Tool includes all date-specific events an instructor creates for the course. These include assignments, quizzes, and projects. If the student enables D2L Notifications, then a text and/or email message is sent to the student when a calendar event is due.
